About the Role
We are looking for passionate and experienced faculty members to train students preparing for various competitive examinations such as IBPS Banking, SBI, RBI, SSC (CGL, CHSL, MTS, CPO), Bihar Government Exams, Railways (RRB), Insurance, CSIR, CUET, and other General Competitive Examinations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent subject knowledge, effective classroom management skills, and the ability to motivate students to achieve outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality classroom and online lectures in Mathematics, Reasoning, or General Studies.
- Prepare comprehensive lesson plans aligned with the latest exam patterns and syllabi.
- Teach concepts from basic to advanced levels with shortcut techniques and exam-oriented approaches.
- Conduct regular topic-wise tests, sectional tests, and full-length mock tests.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Solve students’ doubts during and after classes.
- Develop study materials, assignments, practice sheets, and question banks.
- Analyze previous years’ question papers and incorporate trend-based teaching strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest examination patterns and syllabus changes.
- Maintain classroom discipline and ensure a positive learning environment.
- Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and academic planning sessions.
- Support the institute in seminars, workshops, orientation programs, demo classes, and promotional academic events when required.
Subject-Specific Requirements
Mathematics Faculty
- Strong command over Arithmetic, Algebra, Geometry, Mensuration, Trigonometry, Number System, Data Interpretation, Simplification, Quadratic Equations, Probability, Permutation & Combination, and Modern Mathematics.
- Ability to teach shortcut methods and time-saving techniques relevant to competitive examinations.
Reasoning Faculty
- Expertise in Verbal & Non-Verbal Reasoning, Puzzles, Seating Arrangement, Blood Relations, Coding-Decoding, Syllogism, Inequalities, Direction Sense, Input-Output, Data Sufficiency, Logical Reasoning, Analytical Reasoning, and Critical Thinking.
- Ability to explain complex reasoning concepts through simple techniques.
General Studies (GS) Faculty
- Strong knowledge of Indian History, Geography, Polity, Economics, Science, Environment, Current Affairs, Bihar General Knowledge, Static GK, Art & Culture, and Government Schemes.
- Ability to integrate current affairs with static concepts for competitive examinations.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a reputed coaching institute for competitive examinations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong classroom management and student engagement skills.
- Ability to explain difficult concepts in a simple, practical, and exam-oriented manner.
- Proficiency in using Smart Boards, PowerPoint presentations, digital teaching tools, and online learning platforms will be an added advantage.
