We are seeking an experienced Senior HR & Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our people strategy, talent acquisition initiatives, workforce planning, and HR operations.
This role is responsible for building and scaling high-performing teams across engineering, product, compliance, operations, marketing, and leadership functions.
The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping company culture, establishing HR frameworks, improving hiring processes, and supporting organizational growth.
This position requires hands-on experience recruiting highly specialized technical professionals including blockchain engineers, Hyperledger developers, cloud architects, cybersecurity specialists, product managers, and Web3 professionals.

A Blocks Nexus is building EnsureInsured, a blockchain-powered insurance verification and enforcement ecosystem designed to modernize insurance compliance, fraud prevention, policy verification, and regulatory enforcement through secure digital infrastructure.

Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition Strategy
- Develop and execute company-wide hiring strategies.
- Establish recruitment plans aligned with business objectives.
- Design talent acquisition frameworks and hiring processes.
- Build recruitment pipelines for technical and non-technical positions.
- Manage employer branding initiatives.
Technology & Web3 Recruitment
- Lead hiring efforts for blockchain, Hyperledger, software engineering, cloud, security, product, and compliance teams.
- Identify and engage high-quality candidates across multiple channels.
- Build relationships with recruitment partners and talent communities.
- Evaluate technical hiring requirements and recruitment priorities.
- Improve hiring efficiency and candidate quality.
People Operations
- Establish HR policies and procedures.
- Manage onboarding and employee lifecycle processes.
- Support employee engagement initiatives.
- Maintain employee records and HR systems.
- Ensure HR compliance and governance.
- Coordinate payroll administration activities with external payroll providers and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely employee compensation.
- Support benefits administration and employee documentation processes.
Workforce Planning
- Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning.
- Forecast hiring requirements.
- Support organizational growth initiatives.
- Develop succession planning strategies.
Employee Relations
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Support employee wellbeing initiatives.
- Assist in conflict resolution and performance discussions.
- Promote company culture and values.
Performance Management
- Develop performance management frameworks.
- Coordinate review cycles.
- Support career development initiatives.
- Establish employee growth programs.
HR Technology & Process Improvement
- Implement HR systems and tools.
- Improve recruitment workflows.
- Track hiring metrics and KPIs.
- Introduce automation and AI-driven HR processes where appropriate.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, or a related discipline.
- 7+ years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or People Operations.
- Minimum 3 years leading recruitment efforts for technology organizations.
- Experience hiring software engineers and technical professionals.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and leadership capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience hiring blockchain or Web3 professionals.
- Startup or high-growth company experience.
- Experience recruiting for distributed or remote teams.
- Familiarity with engineering roles and technology stacks.
- HR certifications are advantageous.
AI-Enabled HR Operations
