Chief Restructuring Officer (CRO)

We are seeking an experienced Chief Restructuring Officer (CRO) to lead financial, operational, and organizational restructuring initiatives. The role focuses on improving profitability, liquidity, and long-term sustainability through turnaround strategies and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess business performance and develop restructuring & turnaround plans
- Review financial statements, identify underperforming areas, and drive cost optimization
- Lead execution of restructuring initiatives and monitor KPIs
- Collaborate with senior leadership and external stakeholders
- Provide regular progress updates and risk mitigation strategies
Qualifications:
- Strong finance background with expertise in financial planning & reporting
- Experience in restructuring, turnaround, or corporate recovery (IT/Tech preferred)
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Master’s in Finance/Business or equivalent; CA/CFA/CPA/CMA preferred
