Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Marketing Manager to lead our hotel partnership and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the hospitality industry, excellent relationship management skills, and a proven ability to develop business opportunities with hotels. The role involves building strategic partnerships, promoting company services, negotiating commercial agreements, and executing marketing campaigns to increase revenue and brand visibility.
Key ResponsibilitiesHotel Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hotels, resorts, serviced apartments, and hospitality partners.
- Identify and onboard new hotel partners to expand the company's network.
- Negotiate hotel contracts, rates, promotions, and special packages.
- Conduct regular meetings and visits with hotel partners to strengthen business relationships.
- Resolve partner concerns and ensure smooth coordination between hotels and the company.
Marketing & Promotion
- Plan and execute marketing strategies to promote hotel partnerships and company services.
- Design and implement promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, and package deals.
- Coordinate with digital marketing teams for online promotions, social media campaigns, and brand awareness activities.
- Prepare marketing materials, presentations, brochures, and partnership proposals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Business Development
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and industry events.
- Collaborate with hotel sales and revenue teams to maximize business growth.
- Establish partnerships with travel agencies, corporate clients, healthcare providers, and tourism organizations.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct market research to identify customer preferences and emerging trends.
- Analyze hotel performance, booking patterns, and partnership effectiveness.
- Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, partner performance, and revenue generation.
- Recommend improvements and growth strategies based on market insights.
Coordination & Operations
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate with hotel operations teams to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in organizing exhibitions, trade shows, networking events, and promotional activities.
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, negotiations, and partnership agreements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Tourism Management, or related field.
- MBA in Marketing or Hospitality Management preferred.
- 3–8 years of experience in hotel sales, hospitality marketing, business development, or partner relationship management.
- Strong understanding of hotel operations, contracting, and hospitality sales processes.
