Location Hyderabad
Key Responsibilities
- Manage receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch operations.
- Ensure timely fulfillment of B2B and B2C orders as per SLA/TAT.
- Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock audits.
- Handle returns, RTOs, damaged goods, and replacement processes.
- Coordinate with courier partners, transporters, and internal stakeholders.
- Process B2B orders and ensure accurate invoicing, E-way Bills, and documentation.
- Supervise warehouse manpower, allocate tasks, and monitor productivity.
- Maintain attendance, shift planning, and adherence to SOPs.
- Update inventory and order status in WMS/ERP systems.
- Prepare MIS reports and track operational KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with safety, audit, and warehouse standards.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 5–8 years of experience in e-commerce warehouse operations.
- Experience handling B2B & B2C fulfillment.
- Knowledge of inventory management, warehouse operations, and logistics processes.
- Familiarity with Unicommerce, EasyEcom, WMS/ERP systems, and MS Excel.
- Strong leadership, communication, team management, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Industry
E-commerce, Retail, FMCG, Consumer Electronics, Fashion/Apparel, D2C Brands.
