About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic US IT Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work in a fast-paced US staffing environment. Candidates with prior US staffing experience will be preferred, while freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Source IT candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and evaluate candidates' technical and communication skills.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate salary/rates and ensure successful offer acceptance.
- Maintain candidate records in ATS/CRM (Ceipal experience is a plus).
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication.
- Good understanding of the recruitment lifecycle.
- Basic knowledge of US IT technologies and job roles (preferred).
- Strong sourcing and networking skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
- 0–4 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Experience working on W2, C2C, or 1099 requirements is an advantage.
- Hands-on experience with job portals such as Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc., is preferred.
