Job Overview:
We are looking for skilled and detail-oriented professionals for the Account Receivable (AR) role in the Medical RCM domain. The candidate will be responsible for handling AR processes, claim follow-ups, and ensuring timely reimbursement from insurance providers.
The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills and prior experience in Medical Billing AR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle medical billing Account Receivable processes.
- Follow up with insurance companies regarding unpaid or denied claims.
- Analyze and resolve claim rejections and denials.
- Ensure timely payment collections and account resolution.
- Maintain accurate documentation of claim status and follow-up activities.
- Work closely with internal teams to improve revenue cycle efficiency.
- Meet productivity and quality targets.
Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification
- Graduates can apply.
- HSC/12th candidates must have a minimum of 6 months of experience in Medical Billing AR.
Required Skills:
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of Medical Billing and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
- Experience in AR calling and insurance claim follow-ups.
- Understanding of denial management and claim adjudication.
- Basic computer and documentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Prior experience in US Healthcare/Medical Billing processes.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Good team collaboration and interpersonal skills.
Pay: Up to ₹2,500,000.00 per year
