As a CS Management Trainee, you will work closely with experienced professionals to develop practical expertise in corporate secretarial functions, legal compliance, and governance processes. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a strong foundation in corporate law, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder management.
Location: Gurgaon | Timings: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM | Stipend: ₹20,000 per month | Duration: 21 months
Eligibility: You have cleared CS Executive Programme (Group I at minimum); candidates who have cleared both groups or are pursuing Professional level will be preferred.
- You will ensure compliance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI (LODR) Regulations, FEMA, and other applicable corporate laws and regulations.

You will support the conduct of Board, Committee, and Shareholder Meetings, including the preparation of notices, agendas, minutes, and resolutions.

You will assist in the preparation and filing of statutory forms, returns, and other documents with the Registrar of Companies (ROC), stock exchanges, and other regulatory authorities.

You will maintain statutory registers, records, and secretarial documentation in accordance with legal requirements.

You will support the preparation of the Annual Report, Corporate Governance Report, and other regulatory disclosures.

You will track compliance calendars and help ensure the timely completion of statutory and regulatory filings.

You will coordinate with internal stakeholders, statutory auditors, secretarial auditors, and external consultants on compliance-related matters.

You will conduct legal and regulatory research and assist in interpreting changes in corporate laws and governance requirements.

You will assist in drafting corporate resolutions, policies, authorizations, and other secretarial documents.

You will support due diligence activities, corporate restructuring initiatives, and other strategic or transactional projects, as applicable.

You will assist in reviewing and maintaining legal and commercial agreements and related documentation.

You will maintain records and documentation to support internal audits, compliance reviews, and governance initiatives.

You will provide administrative and operational support to the Company Secretary and Legal function on day-to-day secretarial and compliance matters.

You will undertake additional assignments related to corporate governance, legal compliance, and secretarial functions as assigned.
