What would you do? You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions. Key Responsibilities of RTR Role Financial Close & Reporting Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes. Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and consolidations. Ensure timely and accurate financial statements in compliance with IFRS/US GAAP. General Ledger & Accounting Oversee GL accounting, fixed assets, intercompany transactions, and accruals. Maintain internal controls and ensure adherence to accounting policies. Audit & Compliance Coordinate with internal/external auditors. Ensure compliance with SOX, GAAP, IFRS, and local statutory requirements. Process Improvement Drive automation and efficiency using tools like SAP, Oracle, Workday, Blackline, RPA. Implement best practices for RTR processes. Leadership & Stakeholder Management Lead and mentor a team of accountants. Collaborate with FP&A, Treasury, Tax, and Controlling Design and implementation of tools and processes which enable the client to perform financial analysis of its statements. Involves the ability to assess materiality and volatility of financial statement line items and key metrics utilizing financial ratios to determine the financial health of the company.
