Role & responsibilities
Final Inspection:

Conduct final checks before product dispatch.

Validate part quality, quantity, labeling, and packaging.
Pre-Dispatch Inspection (PDI):
-
Perform sampling and prepare PDI reports.

Coordinate with production and dispatch teams.
Sample & Trial Inspection:
-
Inspect trial moulded components for design conformity and tolerances.
-
Support quality validation of new tools and products.
Documentation & Reporting:
-
Maintain inspection checklists, rejection reports, and records.
-
Assist in non-conformance tracking and corrective actions.
- Instruments - Vernier, micrometer, VCMM, profile projector, height gauge
Skills:
-
Ability to read technical drawings and understand tolerances.
-
Basic knowledge of quality control processes and ISO documentation
