Job Description – Python Trainer
Location: Bengaluru
Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Python Trainer to train and mentor college students and fresh graduates. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python programming, excellent communication skills, and the ability to simplify technical concepts for learners.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging Python training sessions for students and freshers.
- Teach Core Python, Advanced Python, and programming fundamentals.
- Conduct practical coding sessions, assignments, and hands-on workshops.
- Guide students in mini-projects and real-time project development.
- Explain concepts such as OOPs, APIs, file handling, exception handling, and database connectivity.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, and assessments.
- Conduct mock interviews, coding tests, and doubt-clearing sessions.
- Monitor student performance and provide regular feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest Python tools, frameworks, and industry trends.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Python programming.
- Good understanding of:
- OOPs Concepts
- Data Structures & Algorithms
- APIs & Libraries
- SQL/Database Basics
- Exception Handling & File Handling
- Knowledge of frameworks/libraries like Flask, Django, Pandas, or NumPy is an added advantage.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to mentor and engage student batches effectively.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in Python training, teaching, mentoring, or software development.
- Hands-on coding and project experience preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Passionate about teaching and mentoring students.
- Prior experience handling college students or freshers preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Willingness to travel to colleges across Bangalore if required.
Pay: From ₹3,500.00 per hour
