Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, valves, faucets, and fixtures.
- Repair leaks, blockages, and damaged pipes promptly.
- Maintain water supply systems to ensure uninterrupted hot and cold water service.
- Install and repair bathroom fixtures such as sinks, toilets, showers, bathtubs, and water heaters.
- Clear clogged drains and sewer lines when necessary.
- Monitor and maintain pumps, boilers, and water tanks.
- Respond quickly to guest and staff plumbing complaints.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to avoid plumbing failures.
- Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
- Keep maintenance records and report major issues to the engineering or maintenance supervisor.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
