- Ensure all departments follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor compliance with hospital policies and protocols.
- Prepare, review, and update policies, SOPs, and manuals.
- Conduct internal audits and gap analysis.
- Coordinate for external audits and accreditation processes.
- Maintain records of audits, reports, and corrective actions.
- Monitor quality indicators (infection rates, medication errors, etc.).
- Track incident reports and ensure timely closure.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for adverse events.
- Promote patient safety culture within the hospital.
- Conduct training programs on quality standards and protocols.
- Educate staff on NABH guidelines, infection control, and safety measures.
- Work closely with Infection Control Team.
- Monitor infection control practices and compliance.
- Assist in surveillance and reporting of hospital-acquired infections (HAIs).
- Participate in quality improvement projects.
- Identify areas for improvement and suggest corrective actions.
- Monitor effectiveness of implemented improvements.
- Analyze patient feedback and satisfaction data.
- Assist in resolving complaints and improving service quality.
- Prepare reports on patient satisfaction trends.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Keep updated with healthcare quality standards and regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- MBA in HA/Master in Hospital Administration
- Certification in Quality (NABH/Internal Auditor) preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in hospital quality department.
- Experience in NABH accreditation preferred.
