- Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Legal teams for smooth customer onboarding and documentation.
- Handle booking forms, agreements, payment schedules, and possession-related documentation.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending payments and documentation.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports.
- Track customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate site visits, customer meetings, and handover processes.
- Support customer retention initiatives and referral programs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable real estate regulations.
- Assist in organizing customer engagement events and communications.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
