Job Description:-
- Accountant shall be responsible for day to day accounts Operation
- Tally Data Entry including Sales, Purchase, Receipts, Payments, Bank Reconciliation Statement, and the Preparation of debtors/ Creditors Statement
- Preparing GSTR2A/2B Reconciliation and coordination with vendors for query solving.
- Monthly closing of Financial records and posting of month end transaction.
- Knowledge about TDS/GST/ Excel.
- Gather and monitor financial data (e.g. sales revenues and liabilities)
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual statements (balance sheets and income statements)
- Forecast costs and revenues
- Manage tax payments
- Prepare budgets (for the entire company and by department)
- Monitor and report on accounting discrepancies
- Conduct detailed risk analyses to assess potential investments
