Job Description : AI Engineer

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated AI Engineer with 1–2 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will work on hands-on AI/ML development tasks while also mentoring and supervising interns, helping them grow technically and ensuring quality delivery on assigned projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models and applications
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, data, engineering) to integrate AI solutions
- Guide, mentor, and review the work of interns; assign tasks and track their progress
- Debug, test, and optimize existing models and pipelines
- Stay current with emerging AI tools, frameworks, and best practices
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development
- Proficiency in Python and common ML/AI libraries (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn)
- Experience with LLMs, NLP, or computer vision (as applicable to your team's focus)
- Familiarity with version control (Git) and basic software engineering practices
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Prior experience mentoring, training, or supervising junior team members/interns is a plus
- Working knowledge of Generative AI concepts and tools
- Experience with LangGraph (or similar agent/orchestration frameworks)
- Hands-on experience with AWS (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, SageMaker, Bedrock)
Nice to Have
- Experience with other cloud platforms (GCP/Azure)
- Familiarity with MLOps / model deployment pipelines
- Exposure to prompt engineering or working with LLM APIs
- Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma) and retrieval-based systems
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
