Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced E-Commerce Manager to oversee and drive the online presence of our brand, AuraCam. The ideal candidate will manage operations across Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce platforms, ensuring optimal performance, visibility, and sales growth. Experience of listing of products as well as advt. optimization of E-commerce platforms is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Platform Management:
- Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce platforms.
- Ensure all listings have accurate descriptions, images, pricing, and keywords.
- Monitor and maintain high seller ratings and feedback across platforms.
- Sales Performance & Growth:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Analyze sales performance and adjust plans to meet targets.
- Manage promotions, deals, and campaigns specific to each platform.
- Inventory & Order Management:
- Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure timely restocking.
- Ensure seamless order processing and timely dispatch.
- Marketing & Advertising:
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Amazon PPC, Flipkart Ads).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create platform-specific promotional content.
- Optimize ad spends to maximize ROI and drive traffic to listings.
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Regularly track and analyze performance metrics like conversion rates, CTR, and sales data.
- Generate actionable insights and reports for stakeholders.
- Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Customer Service & Experience:
- Respond to customer queries and reviews promptly.
- Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and ratings.
- Resolve disputes or issues with platforms professionally.
- Compliance & Policy Adherence:
- Ensure compliance with platform-specific guidelines and policies.
- Stay updated on platform algorithm changes and trends.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience managing e-commerce platforms, preferably Amazon and Flipkart.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices and trends.
- Proficiency in tools like Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and analytics tools.
- Experience with paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Amazon PPC).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
