We are hiring a Technical Sales Trainee for the electrical domain to manage existing customers and generate new business opportunities. The role involves client visits, product promotion, order conversion, and payment follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and acquire new customers.
- Promote company's lighting products and solutions.
- Meet architects, contractors, builders, dealers, and distributors.
- Prepare quotations and follow up on inquiries.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Prepare sales reports and pipeline updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate (Science / Engineering / Electronics preferred).
- Minimum 1 years experience in field sales.
- Knowledge of electrical products, electrical terms, or industrial sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, MS Excel).
- Willingness to travel for field work.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
