Project Coordinator – Digital Marketing Department

Position Overview
Offshore Marketers is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and client-focused Project Coordinator to oversee the planning, coordination, and successful execution of digital marketing projects. The incumbent will act as a central liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication, timely project delivery, resource optimization, and adherence to quality standards.
The role requires strong project management capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams including SEO, Social Media, Performance Marketing, Content, Design, Video Production, and Web Development.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
- Coordinate end-to-end execution of digital marketing projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop project plans, timelines, task schedules, and delivery roadmaps.
- Monitor project progress, milestones, and deliverables to ensure adherence to agreed timelines.
- Identify potential risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks and implement corrective actions proactively.
- Ensure projects are delivered within scope, timelines, and quality expectations.
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
- Understand client objectives, business requirements, and project expectations.
- Facilitate regular client meetings, status updates, and performance discussions.
- Manage client communications professionally and ensure timely resolution of concerns.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consistent service excellence.
Cross-Functional Team Coordination
- Coordinate with SEO, Social Media, Graphic Design, Video Editing, Content, Paid Marketing, and Development teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Assign tasks and monitor progress across departments.
- Ensure alignment between client requirements and internal deliverables.
- Facilitate collaboration among teams to achieve project objectives efficiently.
Project Tracking & Quality Assurance
- Maintain project trackers, workflow systems, and task management tools.
- Review deliverables before submission to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with client requirements.
- Monitor project performance metrics and ensure adherence to established quality standards.
- Escalate critical issues and delays to management in a timely manner.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, approvals, revisions, and status reports.
- Prepare and circulate weekly and monthly project status reports for clients and management.
- Ensure proper documentation of project scope changes and stakeholder approvals.
- Maintain accurate records for audit and operational purposes.
Process Improvement & Operational Excellence
- Contribute to the development and implementation of project management processes, SOPs, and best practices.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, team collaboration, and project delivery.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
Resource & Capacity Management
- Coordinate resource allocation based on project priorities and workload distribution.
- Monitor team capacity and highlight resource constraints to management.
- Support management in project planning and forecasting activities.
Qualifications & ExperienceEducation
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Project Management certifications will be considered an added advantage.
Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in Project Coordination, Client Servicing, Account Management, or Operations Management.
- Prior experience in a Digital Marketing Agency, Advertising Agency, or IT Services environment is preferred.

Pay: ₹14,402.45 - ₹35,000.00 per month
