Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers professionally and understand their vehicle service requirements.
- Conduct preliminary vehicle inspections and accurately record customer concerns.
- Prepare job cards with complete and accurate service details.
- Explain recommended repairs, service packages, estimated costs, and delivery timelines to customers.
- Coordinate with workshop technicians to ensure timely diagnosis and repair of vehicles.
- Monitor work progress and keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles.
- Obtain customer approval before carrying out additional repairs or replacement of parts.
- Process warranty-related jobs in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and company policies.
- Prepare, verify, and submit warranty claims with complete and accurate documentation within the prescribed timelines.
- Coordinate with the Service Team to ensure smooth processing and settlement of warranty claims.
- Ensure all warranty repairs comply with manufacturer standards and documentation requirements.
- Verify that all repairs and services have been completed as per company quality standards before vehicle delivery.
- Prepare final invoices and explain the work carried out to customers during vehicle delivery.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve service-related issues promptly and professionally.
- Promote value-added services, accessories, extended warranties, and maintenance packages.
- Maintain accurate customer records, service history, warranty records, and job documentation.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and achieve Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) targets.
- Coordinate with the Workshop and Customer Relations teams for smooth service operations.
- Follow company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and safety guidelines.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Reporting Manager.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
