- Supervise day-to-day operations of the electroplating production line.
- Plan and monitor production as per daily/customer requirements.
- Allocate manpower and ensure optimum utilization of operators and helpers.
- Monitor plating processes such as Tin, Copper and Zinc plating.
- Ensure correct loading, cleaning, pickling, plating, rinsing, drying and unloading processes.
- Monitor plating thickness, appearance and overall quality as per specifications.
- Ensure proper chemical bath operation and maintain required process parameters.
- Monitor chemical additions and coordinate with the Quality/Technical team for bath maintenance.
- Identify and immediately report plating defects such as peeling, black marks, stains, burning, poor adhesion, uneven coating, etc.
- Ensure proper handling and segregation of customer components.
- Maintain daily production records, rejection/rework records and chemical consumption records.
- Coordinate with the Quality Department regarding inspection and customer-specific requirements.
- Ensure proper use of PPE and strict compliance with chemical handling and plant safety procedures.
- Maintain housekeeping and 5S on the production floor.
- Coordinate with maintenance team for equipment breakdowns and minimize production downtime.
- Train and guide operators/helpers regarding process and safety requirements.
- Ensure production targets are achieved without compromising quality and safety.
- Report daily production status, issues and abnormalities to management.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
