Location: Kochi,Kerala
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire the kitchen team.
- Design exceptional fine dining menus.
- Maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
- Ensure consistency, hygiene, and operational excellence.
- Manage food costs and operational efficiency.
- Address guest feedback related to food quality and presentation
- Empowers team members to provide excellent customer service within guidelines.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef in a reputed restaurant or hotel.
- Strong knowledge of multi-cuisine cooking techniques.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Creativity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- International experience is a plus.
