We are an early-stage agritech startup bridging the gap between traditional farming and modern innovation. As our CRM Associate, you are the first point of contact for our learners and the guardian of our growth funnel.

THE MISSION: WHAT YOU WILL OWN
The Front Line: Take full ownership of incoming queries via calls, WhatsApp, and email. You aren't just "handling" calls; you are consulting prospective students on their journey into Organic Farming and Hydroponics.
The Conversion Engine: Manage the end-to-end enrollment process. From the first "Hello" to the final fee payment and LMS onboarding, you ensure the transition is seamless.
CRM Integrity: We are building our data infrastructure from the ground up. You will manage lead tracking, prevent "lead leakage," and ensure every record is updated with precision.
Nurture & Retain: Implement follow-up sequences for warm leads and gather post-course feedback to help our product team improve.
Liaison: Coordinate between the Academic faculty and the students to resolve technical or course-related doubts promptly.
WHO YOU ARE (THE MUST-HAVES)
1–3 Years Experience: Ideally in EdTech, Admissions, or Customer Success.
Communication Mastery: You are persuasive, patient, and clear. You can explain complex course benefits to a student or a working professional with ease.
High Agency: You don’t wait to be told to follow up. You see a "missed call" as a missed opportunity and act on it immediately.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable with CRM tools (Zoho/Hubspot), Google Sheets, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Bilingual: Proficiency in Tamil (to connect with our local farming community) and English (for our corporate/urban learners).
Domain Interest: A genuine interest in Sustainability, Agriculture, or Environmental impact.
