Sales Manager – Fragrance

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager – Fragrance to lead business development initiatives and expand our presence in the fragrance industry. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in B2B sales, key account management, and market expansion, along with the ability to build long-term client relationships and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective B2B sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers through technical presentations, product discussions, and regular client engagement.
- Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities to expand market presence and product reach.
- Manage and strengthen key customer accounts within the assigned territory or region.
- Generate new sales leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and social media outreach.
- Ensure sustainable and profitable sales growth through strategic planning and execution.
- Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and customized product presentations.
- Coordinate with the Sales Operations team to ensure timely order execution and delivery.
- Collaborate closely with the R&D team to create customized fragrance solutions based on client requirements and briefs.
- Conduct market research and gather competitor intelligence to identify industry trends and growth opportunities.
- Develop short-term and long-term sales plans to improve overall business performance.
- Recommend and implement regional distribution strategies to increase market share and service efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales within the fragrance or flavour industry.
- MBA in Sales & Marketing or an equivalent qualification preferred.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales and key account management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven negotiation and client relationship management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong analytical and market research skills.
