We are a fast-growing Influencer Digital Marketing company specializing in influencer campaigns, media solutions, brand collaborations, and digital marketing services. We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager who can generate new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth.
Mandatory Experience
Candidates must have prior Business Development/Sales experience in any one of the following industries:
- Media Industry
- Press / Print Media
- Television (TV) Industry
- Broadcasting
- Digital Media
- Advertising Agency
- Influencer Marketing Agency
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new B2B clients.
- Conduct field meetings with brands, agencies, and corporate clients.
- Present influencer marketing and digital media solutions.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into long-term business.
- Develop customized proposals and negotiate commercial terms.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Coordinate with internal campaign and creative teams for successful project execution.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and digital marketing opportunities.
Candidate Requirements
- 3+ years of Business Development or Sales experience.
- Mandatory experience in Media, Press, Television, Broadcasting, Advertising, or Influencer Marketing industry.
- Strong B2B sales and client acquisition experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
