About the Role
Amartya Architects is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect with 1–2 years of experience to join our team. The candidate will assist in architectural design development, preparation of drawings, coordination with consultants, and support project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in concept design and design development
- Prepare architectural drawings, working drawings, and presentation drawings
- Create 3D models and visualizations when required
- Coordinate with structural and MEP consultants
- Conduct site visits and monitor construction progress
- Assist in preparation of BOQ and material specifications
- Ensure drawings comply with local building by-laws and standards
- Support senior architects in project coordination and documentation
Required Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Knowledge of SketchUp / Lumion / Enscape / 3ds Max
- Understanding of working drawings and construction details
- Basic knowledge of materials and finishes
- Good communication and coordination skills
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
