We are looking for an Automation QA Engineer who does not wait to be handed a bug. You will design and own the systems that continuously test our platforms across web, mobile, and APIs, flagging issues before they reach users. You will use AI proficiently as part of your workflow, not as a novelty but as a tool that makes your testing sharper and your coverage broader. This is a hands-on role. You will build, maintain, and improve automation frameworks, set up monitoring systems, and work closely with the Product team to keep quality high across every release.
Key Responsibilities
- Write detailed, maintainable testing scripts that cover functional, regression, and edge case scenarios.
- Design and implement automated test suites across web applications and API layers using Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress.
- Core Python or JavaScript is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with AI & Automation with Playwright Agents.
- Set up continuous monitoring systems that test live environments on an ongoing basis, not just at release time.
- Identify, document, and raise bugs in Jira with clarity and enough context for developers to act fast.
- Use AI tools to enhance test coverage, generate test cases, and identify edge cases that manual testing would miss.
- Work with the Product team to understand new features early and build test coverage before release.
- Maintain and improve existing automation frameworks as products evolve.
- Report on test results, coverage gaps, and system health in a structured and consistent way.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
