Lead ML & Generative AI Engineer

We are hiring a Lead ML & Generative AI Engineer to lead the design, development and deployment of scalable, production-ready AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architecture and implementation of Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions.
- Build and deploy production-grade ML models and AI applications.
- Design end-to-end ML pipelines covering training, evaluation, deployment and monitoring.
- Develop AI APIs and backend services using FastAPI or Flask.
- Work with Product, Engineering, Data Science and client teams.
- Mentor engineers and drive technical excellence and architecture decisions.
- Ensure AI systems are scalable, secure, reliable and production-ready.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of software development experience, including 4+ years in production ML/AI.
- 2+ years of technical leadership experience.
- Strong Python, OOP, SQL and REST API development skills.
- Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn or XGBoost.
- Hands-on MLOps experience with MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow or dbt.
- GenAI experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI, Anthropic or Hugging Face.
- Experience with Vector Databases such as Pinecone, Qdrant, Chroma or Milvus.
- Experience with AWS SageMaker, Azure ML or Google Vertex AI.
- Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, cloud deployment and MLOps.
