Job Summary
To create designs that are of high quality, consistent and in line with the overall design vision of the project and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain Material Masters in SAP B1.
- Create Purchase Requisitions (PRs) as per requirement.
- Follow up with buyers/procurement team for PO release.
- Coordinate with suppliers for order acknowledgement and delivery schedules.
- Track open POs and ensure timely material delivery.
- Coordinate material inwarding and Goods Receipt process.
- Maintain procurement and inventory records in SAP B1.
- Work closely with Engineering, Stores, Planning, and Procurement teams.
- Identify and escalate material shortages or delivery delays.
- Prepare periodic material status and procurement reports.

Other Requirements
Experience: 2–5 Years
Preferred Background: Manufacturing, Engineering, Aerospace, Automotive, or Industrial Projects.
