We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager who can independently lead and manage the complete digital marketing ecosystem. The candidate must be capable of handling strategy, execution, oversight, team management, performance tracking, and ROI optimization across all digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
- Create quarterly and annual growth roadmaps.
- Plan digital budgets and allocate resources efficiently.
- Define KPIs and ensure performance-driven execution.
2. Team Management & Coordination:
Lead and manage:
- Graphic Designer
- Web Developer
- SEO Executive
- Google Ads & Meta Ads Specialist
- Google Maps (GMB) Optimization Executive
- Assign tasks, monitor deadlines, and ensure quality control.
- Conduct weekly review meetings and performance evaluations.
- Build accountability culture within the team.
3. Performance Marketing & Lead Generation
- Manage and optimize:
- Google Ads
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads
- YouTube Ads
- Remarketing campaigns
- Ensure cost-per-lead (CPL) targets are met.
- Improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Track ROI on every campaign.
4. SEO & Local Dominance
- Oversee:
- On-page SEO
- Technical SEO
- Local SEO
- Google Maps ranking
- Improve website ranking for high-intent keywords.
- Increase organic traffic and local search visibility.
- Monitor keyword performance and competitor analysis.
5. Website & Funnel Optimization
- Work with developer to:
- Improve landing page conversion rates
- Optimize site speed and UX
- Implement tracking pixels & analytics
- Ensure CRM integration for lead tracking.
6. Branding & Content Direction
- Guide content strategy:
- Social media content
- Reels and video content
- Patient testimonials
- Blog strategy
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
7. Analytics & Reporting
- Track performance using:
- Google Analytics
- Google Search Console
- Meta Business Suite
- Ad dashboards
- Submit weekly & monthly performance reports.
- Present data-backed improvement strategies.
