We are proud to be recognized on Deloitte’s 2024 and 2025 Technology Fast 500™, celebrating the fastest-growing technology companies in North America, and to be featured on the INC. 5000 list in 2025, reflecting our strong and sustained revenue growth over the past three years.
Location: Remote (PST Shift)
About the Role:
You'll join the Implementation & Analytics team that builds the data products powering SkyPoint's US healthcare and senior living clients. Working alongside our implementation engineers, you'll get hands-on with the full reporting stack — Power BI, SQL, and modern data tooling — turning raw client data into dashboards and insights that operations and clinical teams use every day. It's a build-and-learn role with real client deliverables, not busywork.
What you'll do
Build and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards (DAX, Power Query)
Write and optimize SQL queries for analysis, validation, and troubleshooting
Help validate data across ingestion pipelines and flag quality issues
Assist with data modeling and transformations (semantic models, dbt)
Support client deliverables — QA, documentation, and ad-hoc analysis
Collaborate with implementation engineers on reporting and connector work
What we're looking for
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in CS, IT, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
- Working knowledge of SQL — joins, aggregations, and a sense for writing clean queries
- Familiarity with Power BI / DAX, or the ability to pick it up fast
- Solid grasp of data analysis fundamentals and basic data modeling concepts
- Strong problem-solving instincts and clear communication
- Comfortable in a collaborative, fast-moving environment
Nice to have
- Exposure to dbt, Databricks, or a cloud data platform (Azure)
- Python (pandas) or light scripting
- Strong Excel / data-wrangling skills
- Interest in the healthcare or senior living domain
