Hiring: LiDAR Classification Engineer
Location: Bangalore – Kalyan Nagar (Work from Office)
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 Take-Home per Month

Job Summary
We are hiring a LiDAR Classification Engineer with 2–3 years of experience in LiDAR point cloud classification and processing. The ideal candidate should have expertise in classifying, editing, and validating LiDAR datasets while ensuring high-quality geospatial deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform automated and manual classification of LiDAR point cloud data.
- Classify ground, vegetation, buildings, water bodies, bridges, powerlines, and other features.
- Edit and refine point cloud classifications to meet client specifications.
- Generate DTM, DEM, DSM, contours, and other terrain products.
- Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with project standards.
- Collaborate with GIS, Photogrammetry, and Mapping teams to deliver projects on time.
- Maintain documentation and follow standard operating procedures.
Required Skills
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in LiDAR Classification.
- Proficiency in TerraScan, TerraSolid, LP360, Global Mapper, ArcGIS, QGIS, or similar LiDAR software.
- Good understanding of point cloud processing, classification workflows, and QA/QC.
- Knowledge of coordinate systems, projections, and geospatial concepts.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Preferred Candidate
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a maximum 15-day notice period.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience in infrastructure, utility, transportation, forestry, or mapping projects is an advantage.
Compensation & Benefits
- Take-Home Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
