About the Role
A Multi-Speciality Hospital is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Intensivist to lead the management of critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). The successful candidate will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide evidence-based critical care and ensure the highest standards of patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage critically ill patients in ICU, HDU, and emergency settings.
- Conduct daily ICU rounds and formulate treatment plans.
- Perform critical care procedures as required.
- Coordinate with consultants, surgeons, physicians, and nursing teams.
- Monitor ventilated and hemodynamically unstable patients.
- Interpret laboratory investigations, imaging, and diagnostic reports.
- Ensure adherence to ICU protocols, infection control, and patient safety standards.
- Provide guidance and clinical supervision to RMOs, nursing staff, and ICU personnel.
- Participate in clinical audits, quality initiatives, and critical care training programs.
Eligibility Criteria/Qualification
- MD / DNB in General Medicine, Anaesthesia, Pulmonary Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or equivalent
- AND
- DM Critical Care / DrNB Critical Care / IDCCM / IFCCM or relevant Critical Care qualification preferredExperience
- Minimum 2–5 years of ICU or Critical Care experience preferred.
- Experience managing ventilators, sepsis, trauma, post-operative critical care, and medical emergencies.
