Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to provide excellent support to our customers across multiple communication channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for post-delivery follow-ups, customer feedback collection, order confirmations, cart recovery, email and WhatsApp support, and assisting customers with product information to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
Make post-delivery calls to customers to collect product and service feedback.
Conduct Cash on Delivery (COD) confirmation calls before order dispatch.
Follow up with customers who have abandoned their shopping carts and encourage order completion.
Respond to customer emails promptly and professionally.
Handle customer queries and support through WhatsApp.
Share product catalogs, pricing, and promotional offers with customers as required.
Assist customers with product information, order status, delivery updates, and return/exchange queries.
Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and feedback in the CRM or internal system.
Coordinate with the sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Achieve daily call, follow-up, and response targets.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
