Qualification: MBA (HR) / MSW / Any Graduate with HR Experience
Experience: 1– 2 years in recruitment and HR operations
Role:
- End-to-end recruitment and onboarding process
- Managing employee records and HR documentation
- Attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
- Employee engagement and performance tracking
- Ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor regulations
- Coordination with employees and management on HR matters
