About the Role
As a Sales & Operations Executive, you'll be the bridge between our customers and our on-ground operations. You'll drive local sales, onboard customers and partners, coordinate day-to-day service delivery, and make sure every customer has a smooth experience. This is a growth-focused role with plenty of room to take on more responsibility as the company scales.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on sales leads across target areas and societies in Surat
- Onboard new customers and explain our service offerings clearly
- Coordinate daily field operations and service scheduling to ensure timely delivery
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and local partners
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and resolve issues quickly
- Meet weekly and monthly sales and operational targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales, bookings, and daily activity
- Share market insights and on-ground feedback with the team
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, field operations, or customer-facing roles (freshers welcome)
- Strong communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi (English is a plus)
- Good knowledge of Surat's local areas and neighborhoods
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in the field
- Basic smartphone and app usage skills
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment
