Role Summary
We are looking for a smart, analytical, client-facing Pre-Sales / Solution Consultant who can translate business requirements into technical solutions and drive the end-to-end proposal cycle. You will collaborate closely with the Founder, Delivery, and Engineering teams to craft proposals, solution architectures, pitch decks, and demos across digital transformation, app development, analytics, AI/ML, and automotive solutions. This is a critical role that directly impacts revenue, win-rate, and client experience.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Discovery
- Attend and lead requirement discovery calls
- Understand business problems, technical constraints, and opportunities
- Translate client needs into clear functional/technical requirements
- Prepare BRD, SRS, and discovery notes
Solution Design & Architecture
- Design high-level technical solutions, system workflows, and architecture diagrams
- Recommend suitable tech stacks
- Identify integration points
- Suggest implementation approaches and roadmaps
Proposal, Estimation & Documentation
- Prepare high-quality proposals, SOWs, and pitch decks
- Estimate timelines and effort in collaboration with PMs and Tech Leads
- Clearly define scope, assumptions, exclusions, and deliverables
- Ensure proposals are client-ready: structured, visual, and compelling
Demo, POC & Presentation Support
- Prepare and deliver client demos for apps, dashboards, analytics, AI, etc.
- Create mockups or first-level POCs when required
- Support in presentations and pitches
- Tailor demo scripts based on client industry and needs
Collaboration with Engineering & Delivery
- Work closely with tech teams to validate feasibility and estimates
Coordinate smooth handover from sales- delivery
- Align solutioning with engineering capabilities and Innovantes’ strengths
- Participate in project kick-off discussions when needed
Market & Industry Research
- Research automotive & healthcare technology trends
- Identify opportunities for Innovantes’ digital transformation services
- Analyze competitor offerings and differentiate Innovantes positioning
- Support creation of reusable solution frameworks
GTM & Lead Support Activities
- Prepare one-pagers, case studies, and pitch materials
- Assist in targeted outreach
- Engage with warm inbound leads and qualify opportunities
Support content creation with Marketing (posts, brochures, thought leadership)

Key Skills & Experience Required
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of web/mobile development frameworks
- Basic understanding of backend architecture, APIs, authentication, databases
- Familiar with AI/ML concepts (at a high level), cloud platforms, and integrations
- Experience with analytics/BI tools (Power BI preferred)
- Ability to create diagrams (Figma, Miro, Draw.io, Whimsical)
Documentation & Presentation
- Strong proposal writing, SOW documentation, and functional documentation skills
- Excellent command of English (clear, concise, business-friendly)
- Good storytelling abilities to craft compelling pitches
- Proficient in PowerPoint/Keynote, Excel.
Business & Functional
- Strong requirement analysis capability
- Understanding of automotive or healthcare processes is a huge plus
- Experience working with IT services companies
