Billing Engineer (Civil)
Location: Faridabad, Haryana
Experience: 5–7 Years
Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. (Civil Engineering)
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation and verification of Client Bills and Contractor Bills.
- Preparation of BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and quantity reconciliation.
- Rate analysis for extra items and variation claims.
- Preparation and review of Bar Bending Schedules (BBS).
- Measurement and certification of executed works.
- Coordination with project planning and execution teams for billing inputs.
- Preparation and maintenance of DPR (Daily Progress Reports), MIS reports, and project documentation.
- Monitoring project costs and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements.
- Maintaining records related to billing, variations, and work certifications.
- Supporting project management in cost control and commercial activities.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in high-rise residential/commercial building projects.
- Sound knowledge of billing, quantity surveying, and BOQ preparation.
- Expertise in Rate Analysis, Variation Claims, and Cost Estimation.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Good understanding of construction drawings and specifications.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
- Excellent coordination and communication abilities.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
