About KVR Mobis
KVR Mobis is an authorized Hyundai Genuine Spare Parts wholesale dealership, engaged in the distribution and supply of genuine Hyundai spare parts to dealers, workshops, and institutional customers. We are looking for a competent and experienced Senior Accountant to oversee accounting operations, statutory compliance, inventory accounting, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Bank Reconciliation, and Journal Entries.
- Ensure accurate accounting of spare parts inventory, purchases, sales, stock adjustments, and valuation.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
- Reconcile inventory records with physical stock and coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Monitor debtor and creditor balances and ensure timely collections and vendor payments.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements, including timely filing of returns.
- Coordinate with auditors, bankers, and statutory authorities during audits and assessments.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and daily fund requirements.
- Verify accounting entries and ensure adherence to internal financial controls and company policies.
- Support budgeting, financial forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Assist management in financial decision-making by providing timely reports and analysis.
- Guide and supervise junior accounting staff to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain proper documentation of financial records and statutory registers.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com).
- CA Inter / M.Com will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 5 to 8 years of experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Experience in automobile dealerships, wholesale distribution, or spare parts business will be preferred.
- Hands-on experience in inventory accounting and GST compliance is essential.

- Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.
- Excellent understanding of inventory accounting and stock reconciliation.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.

- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Compensation
As per company standards and based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and competency.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
