Key Responsibilities:
Present formats, investment models & the supply margin + support-fee structure.
Conduct site visits, ROI walkthroughs & commercial negotiations.
Drive the engagement, deposit & sign-up process to closure.
Manage existing franchise relationships & resolve escalations.
Track network performance, supply offtake & support-fee collections.
Build the territory pipeline & report on the expansion funnel.
Required:
Graduate (MBA a plus), 4+ years in Franchise / B2B / Channel Sales.
Strong negotiation skills & number sense.
Fluent in Hindi & English.
Own vehicle & willingness to travel.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
