As the Assistant Manager, Dairy Development Sustainability, you will play a key role in advancing sustainable dairy farming practices across Malaysia. You will work closely with dairy farmers, industry partners, suppliers, logistics teams, and internal stakeholders to drive ESG initiatives, improve farm sustainability performance, and support the company's Scope 3 emissions reduction goals.On a day-to-day basis, you will coordinate sustainability programs at farm level, engage with farmers to promote Good Dairy Farming Practices (GDFP), monitor sustainability and carbon footprint data, and support the implementation of environmental improvement initiatives. You will also manage external training providers to deliver capability-building programs for small, medium, large, and commercial dairy farms, helping farmers improve productivity, milk quality, animal welfare, and environmental performance.The role collaborates extensively with Farmer Services, Procurement, Sustainability, Supply Chain, Quality, and Customer Service & Logistics (CSC) teams to strengthen sustainability performance across the dairy value chain. Externally, you will work with dairy farmers, cooperatives, government agencies, consultants, universities, and industry associations.This is a Malaysia-focused role with responsibility for supporting sustainability initiatives across the dairy supply network. Your impact will directly contribute to reducing greenhouse gas emissions, improving farm resilience, strengthening sustainable milk sourcing, and building long-term value for farmers, customers, and society. Examples include helping farmers adopt lower-emission farming practices, supporting supplier sustainability programs, and improving logistics-related sustainability performance through Scope 3 initiatives.
