1.Manage daily office administration and ensure smooth office operations.
2.Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor management.
3.Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and office files.
4.Prepare quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and other administrative documents.
5.Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for office and project-related requirements.
6.Maintain project documentation, client records, and contracts.
7.Track office inventory and procure stationery and office supplies.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain management calendars.
8.Coordinate with the Accounts, Sales, Design, and Site teams for administrative support.
9.Maintain MIS reports, data entry, and documentation in Excel.
Support HR activities such as interview scheduling, onboarding documentation, and employee records.
10.Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of company information.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
