Key Responsibilities:
- Hire and onboard delivery partners for last-mile delivery operations.
- Ensure daily availability of delivery partners to meet operational needs.
- Act quickly to replace delivery partners in case of urgent requirements or absences.
- Maintain a pipeline of candidates to ensure consistent coverage.
- Coordinate with the operations team to understand manpower requirements and deployment schedules.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in recruitment or fleet management preferred.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
