Admissions & Lead Generation
Drive admissions sales activities to meet enrolment targets.
Implement strategies to generate, nurture, and convert leads into admissions.
Manage admissions CRM to ensure accurate tracking of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Collaborate with other admissions counsellors and leadership to streamline processes and improve conversion rates.
Marketing & Campaigns
Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
Social Media & Digital Presence
Lead the school’s social media strategy to build awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Create and curate compelling content in collaboration with academic and admissions teams.
Grow organic presence through community engagement, storytelling, and influencer/partner collaborations.
Mandatory Requirements
5–8 years (minimum 3 years in the education industry is mandatory)
Proven experience in the education industry (schools, colleges, universities)
Strong background in sales-driven marketing and enrolment-focused campaigns.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
MBA / Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience working with K–12 schools, international schools, or higher education institutions.
Knowledge of admissions processes and academic cycles.
