Key Responsibilities
- Transaction Processing: Accurately process and verify international banking transactions, trade finance documents, or account maintenance requests.
- Compliance & Quality: Adhere strictly to international banking regulations, anti-money laundering (AML) guidelines, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Data Management: Maintain comprehensive electronic records of financial transactions with a high degree of speed and accuracy.
- Client Communication: Manage professional written communication and email queries with international stakeholders and onshore teams.
Candidate Requirements Education & Eligibility
- Qualifications: Strictly B.Com, M.Com, BBA (Finance), or MBA (Finance) graduates.
- Note: Candidates with backlogs or awaiting final results are not eligible.
Skills & Competencies
- Language: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are mandatory.
- Technical: Basic to intermediate proficiency in MS Office (especially MS Excel) and fast typing skills.
- Analytical: Strong numerical ability and sharp attention to detail to catch transaction errors.
Operational Flexibility
- Must be comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts (all safety protocols and allowances provided).
