Job Title: Tender Executive

We are looking for an experienced Tender Executive who can independently manage the complete tendering lifecycle and contribute to business growth through successful participation in government and private tenders.
Position Details
Designation: Tender ExecutiveExperience: 3–5 Years’Salary Range: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per monthGender: Male/FemaleLocation: Delhi NCR( Jhilmil Colony, Jhilmil Industrial Area)
Educational Qualification
· Bachelor's Degree in Engineering preferred.
· Candidates from other educational backgrounds may also be considered if they possess strong experience in tendering and procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage the complete tendering process from tender identification to final submission.
· Regularly monitor Government, PSU, and Private E-Procurement portals for relevant business opportunities.
· Handle vendor registrations and renewals across various state and central procurement platforms.
· Prepare, compile, review, and submit technical and commercial bid documents.
· Ensure timely submission of tenders in compliance with eligibility criteria and tender requirements.
· Coordinate with internal departments to collect required documents, certificates, approvals, and commercial inputs.
· Upload bids on e-tendering portals and resolve portal-related issues whenever required.
· Maintain records of submitted tenders, bid status, correspondence, and contract documents.
· Liaise with clients, government departments, consultants, and other stakeholders for tender-related matters.
· Track tender results, purchase orders, and contract awards.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and tender submission guidelines.
Required Skills & Competencies
· Strong knowledge of Government Tendering and E-Procurement processes.
· Hands-on experience with vendor registration procedures.
· Good understanding of State Procurement Portals, GeM, CPPP, and other e-tendering platforms.
· Ability to handle end-to-end tender documentation and bid submission independently.
· Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
· Good proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
· Attention to detail and ability to work within strict deadlines.

· Experienced in handling multiple tenders simultaneously.
· Familiar with state electricity board and government procurement websites.
· Capable of working independently and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
· Strong understanding of tender compliance, documentation, and commercial processes.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
