We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic International Calling Executives (Voice Process) to join our team in Noida. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and/or inbound calls with international customers, providing excellent customer service, generating leads, and achieving performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle outbound and inbound international calls professionally.
- Communicate with customers from the US/UK or other international markets.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Generate leads, schedule appointments, or close sales as per the assigned process.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
- Resolve customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Follow company guidelines, scripts, and quality standards during calls.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer objections confidently.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Willingness to work in night shifts.
- Experience in an international BPO or voice process will be an added advantage.
