Job Summary:
We are looking for a Sales Manager to drive business growth, generate leads, and convert prospects into clients for our interior design and turnkey solutions business. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, client-handling experience, and a target-driven approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, and client meetings.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, architects, and channel partners.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Maintain CRM records and submit regular sales reports.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Experience in B2B/B2C sales and client management.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
Preferred Background:
Experience in Interior Design, Modular Furniture, Real Estate, Construction, Architecture, or Home Décor.
Pay: ₹14,208.81 - ₹25,075.48 per month
