Position- Senior Accountant (MEP Industry)
Location - Greater Noida, Udyog Vihar
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end accounting for MEP / construction projects
- Handle project-wise cost tracking, budgeting, and profitability analysis
- Verify and process vendor bills, subcontractor bills, and client invoices (RA bills/tax invoices)
- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports
- Manage cash flow planning and working capital requirements
- Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits
- Monitor purchase orders, work orders, and contract accounting
- Strengthen internal financial controls and accounting processes
- Coordinate with project and site teams for financial data accuracy
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in large-scale project accounting
- Leadership or team handling experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent coordination with site and project teams
Eligibility Criteria:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred / strong CA background required
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in accounting and finance
- Strong experience in MEP / Construction / Infrastructure industry is mandatory
- Proficiency in Tally and ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / similar)
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, financial dashboards, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Income Tax regulations
