Key Responsibilities
*Teach English to assigned classes as per the curriculum.
*Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and assessments.
*Develop students' conceptual understanding and communication skills.
*Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
*Maintain classroom discipline, daily student reports and encourage active participation.
*Participate in school events, meetings, PTMs, and co-curricular activities.
*Use innovative teaching methods and technology to enhance learning.
*Complete academic records and documentation on time.
Qualifications
* English (B.A./M.A. English).
B.Ed. preferred
* Experience atleast 3 years is preferable
Strong subject knowledge and excellent communication skills.
Skills Required
*Excellent spoken and written English.
*Strong classroom management skills.
*Good interpersonal and organizational abilities.
*Passion for teaching and student development.
